The distribution box is an electrical connection hub installed at the end of the industrial robot's arm. Its core function can be summarized as a "central hub": Central connection: The cables on the robot body (from the controller) are connected to the distribution box with only one thick multi-core cable. Distributed output: The distribution box then provides multiple independent interfaces, which are respectively connected to various devices on the arm-end tool, such as the vacuum generator electromagnetic valve on the vacuum suction cup, the electromagnetic valve of the gripper cylinder, various sensors (vision, force control, proximity switch), etc.
